Data Narrative: The 28 participants in this research used Twitter and Glassboard to collaborate on academic projects. The communications between users were focused on using these tools to collectively gather information (build knowledge) related to the projects they were working on. For all of these users, the work that they were doing together was outside of regular classroom times and locations. The demographics of this user group were ages 18 - 22, %60 female, Twitter group were in teacher credential program interning in K-12 classes, Glassboard group were AV support team.
